The spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floors were transformed into office areas for Allianz Ayudhya, encompassing office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas. The project adhered precisely to the client's timeline requirements, encompassing collaboration across every facet of the spaces. This included working with designers, managing the incorporation of the company logo, and overseeing the entirety of the project, including coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) partners.
The project involved handling the air conditioning systems, lighting, plumbing, and sanitation to ensure that every aspect was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing as planned.
