The renovation project for Miracle Hotel, covering an area of 15,000 square meters, involved the refurbishment of all guest rooms, common areas, dining areas, and other sections. Our team worked collaboratively with the Designer, particularly Tint Design, overseeing management and financial aspects of the hotel renovation to ensure the details aligned with the client's requirements. We effectively coordinated with the clients throughout the project, ensuring their needs were met and their preferences were incorporated into the final design. Collaboration with various vendors was also integral to the project's success, as we worked together to source high-quality materials and equipment suitable for the renovation. The project took place during the challenging times of Covid-19, necessitating strict adherence to government regulations and guidelines.
