Our Sustainability Construction

Sustainable Construction,

the trending construction methods that seem to be taking over the construction industry especially during the rise of global warming and environmental awareness all which Creful has always acknowledged. Sustainable Construction aims to utilize renewable and recyclable construction materials and resources to reduce energy consumption, carbon footprint and construction waste during each construction project.
There are numerous suggested principles of sustainble construction though mainly is to start by optimizing the plot of land, its energy consumption and conversion and preferred construction materials.
Moreover, there is also numbers of certifications used to rate each construction project how sustainable they aqre to the surrounding environment as well as inhabitants.

img How Creful recycles our construction materials to make our project more sustainable. At Creful site, we distinguish wastes into 5 different types; recyclable, general waste, food waste (yes, indeed), hazardous waste, and bio-hazardous waste while we partner with GEBB Platform (https://gepp.me/), widely recognized reporting system for internal and external waste management. Consequently, with GEBB, Creful knows our waste journey and traceability that allows us to properly manage our waste with transparency; recycle as much as we can and appropriately dispose others. For example, MDF waste that can't be recycled is correctly managed and sent to recycling center; all this can be traced with GEBB report."
img "LEED Certification or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - The Green Standard in building and constuction A global standard used to validate green buildings focusing on building efficiency, cost-effectiveness, environmental impact and sustainability with an aim to help building owners and operators becoming more environmentally concious, LEED Certification rating system has 4 levels ranging from Platinum, the highest rank to Gold, Silver, and Certified; the rank given to each building is derived from numerous factors from design, construction process, operation, maintenance of the green buildings to its surround neighborhoods. In Thailand, as LEED Certification and green buildings have been becoming more popular and businesses incline to more environmental friendly approaches, Creful has been certified by Africs, Thailand's renowned green building design and consulting comparty to become a fully environmentally resposible interior contractor. Creful can handle constructing buildings at every LEED ranks with Gold certificate being the most requested from our clients. Moreover, with frequent working with LEED teams, Creful has been very familiar in handling construction project and sourcing sustainable construction materials along with energy consumption during and after consumption. Creful ensures that every client whose building require LEED can pass their ranking proudly. "
img "WELL Certification - Wellness for building occupants While LEED Certification focuses on environmental impact that each building may create, WELL Certification focuses on building occupants' health and wellness and is certified after the building or space has opened for usage. A WELL certified building would monitor the 10 WELL concepts, including Air, Water, Thermal Comfort, Light, Movement, Nourishment, Sound, Mind, Community and Materials and how well these elements impact building's inhabitants to ensure that a building or space serves a better health and wellbeing to its occupants. Creful has also been certified by Africs, Thailand's renowned green building design and consulting comparty, to improve living condition of the occupants of our clients' buildings and spaces.
img Engineered for environment As Creful Interior started with being a carpentry, wood has played a big part in our interior constructing and finish and to provide our clients greener approach, Creful Interior has opted for E1 engineered wood to both reduce environmental impact and increase occupants healthy wellbeing. E1 engineered wood is a MDF (medium density fibreboard) that is, indeed, engineered from using eucalyptus wood fibre, all from plantation, binded with resin and wax in a dry process to increase its durability and strength. The process is done to conform FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standard which restricts any process that emits over 0.1 ppm of formaldehyde into the ambience making E1 wood very safe for health of its inhabitants when used in a project. With little to none formaldehyde emission, E1 wood is popula, suitable and safe for creating a furniture or interior finishing in hospital and nursing home, decorating residential and commercial spaces, and even making toys."
img Creful Interior increases clean energy consumption as our factory and warehouse are equipped with solar cell to generate much needed energy while electric forklifts are also used to transport building materials and woods within our area. "
img Creful Interior begins to track and report carbon footprint caused by various factors from available materials to transportation to diminish wherever we can to help creating a greener construction industry. Creful Interior has learned to reduce carbon footprint where we implement by, for example, switching some construction materials can help reduce carbon footprint."
img One of Creful Interior sustainable principles that we always encourage on every of our construction site to provide better construction waste management. Every step in 3R is trackable and not only the waste that is recycled but the learning and collective data are recycled and reused to help Creful Interior team learn better in how to reduce carbon emission and environmental impact during the construction process."
img Creful Interior also has partnered with Siam Cement Group or SCG in selecting a construction materials that are environmental-friendly or SCG Green Choice which we try to utilize to most if possible. SCG does not only provide an ideal sustainable materials but also a consultation with sustainable product expert working with Creful Interior as partner to help clients achieve their dream green buildings and certifications."
