We have participated in The Secret Sauce Strategy Forum 2022 RED CODE Strategy, which focuses on seizing opportunities from global crises to generate ideas and strategies.

During the 8-hour event, the morning sessions provided insights and strategies to align our business with the direction of the world, emphasizing the need to adapt and transform our business to ensure long-term success.

In the afternoon sessions, we gained new ideas and strategies for our organization, including establishing a robust New S-curve for our business, identifying opportunities that create positive impacts for individuals and the world, being a part of community-focused business initiatives, and envisioning a bigger picture. We also explored opportunities to accelerate our growth.

As a bonus from this event, we received a comprehensive checklist consisting of six points to prepare our business for a sustainable future.
