Interior fit-out works for agoda’s office at One Bangkok Tower 5, covering approximately 11,000 sqm across Levels 31–33, including the Social House, Board Rooms, and CEO Offices.
The project was delivered in accordance with Agoda’s global standards for Safety, Acoustics, Environmental Requirements, and Workplace Standards, while integrating Smart Office technologies and coordinating closely with designers, consultants, and multiple specialist contractors.
A key highlight of the project was the use of bespoke materials and custom acoustic features, including Jim Thompson acoustic panels on Level 31, which seamlessly combined aesthetic design with acoustic performance. The project required exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous installation, and rigorous quality control to achieve agoda’s design vision and international standards.
