We were entrusted with the interior fit-out of the AMEX office, covering two floors and a total area of 2,800 square meters at Vanit Place Aree.
One of the main challenges of this project was the construction of a new internal staircase opening, along with the installation of the staircase structure and a vertical garden within the office area. To ensure safety, the team implemented proper workspace partitioning and installed CCTV systems for real-time monitoring throughout the construction process.
All works were executed in strict compliance with AMEX’s global safety regulations and design standards. The project was also developed in alignment with LEED and WELL Building Standard principles, supporting sustainability, occupant well-being, and workplace performance. The result is a modern workspace that successfully meets both functional requirements and AMEX’s brand identity.
