Interior Construction & Fit-out One Bangkok Tower 3
An interior construction and fit-out project for a company engaged in the import, export, design, manufacturing, assembly, sales, and rental of vehicles, located at One Bangkok Tower 3, with a total area of approximately 2,800 sq.m.
The scope of work covered both interior fit-out and comprehensive MEP systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection, and communication/network systems. The project required close coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines.
Delivered under tight time constraints, the project involved complex coordination, including reinstatement and move-in works, to ensure a smooth handover and on-time completion.
