This project involved the interior fit-out of a 6th-floor office facility at Dusit Central Park, covering approximately 1,600 sq.m. The scope of work included the Lift Hall, Walkway, Phone Booths, Meeting Rooms, Reception Area, and Toilets, delivered to meet premium functional and aesthetic standards.
A key technical challenge was the installation of large-format patterned stone walls featuring distinctive mineral veins. As vein patterns do not naturally align between slabs, achieving a seamless visual continuity required meticulous planning and execution. To ensure both structural integrity and precision, we increased the stone thickness and adopted a support and hanging installation system, replacing conventional epoxy bonding.
To further elevate the finishing quality, a Digital Dry Lay process was carried out. Each stone slab was scanned and digitally arranged to align the veins before being physically installed according to the approved layout. The final result is a refined workspace that balances technical excellence with aesthetic precision, reflecting our commitment to craftsmanship, detail, and brand harmony.
