The Collective is Thailand’s first luxury co-working space concept and the newest brand by JustCo, located on the 28th floor, Tower 4, within One Bangkok, a premier mixed-use development in the heart of the city. Spanning approximately 1,400 sq.m., the space is designed to support small to mid-sized organizations with a full range of modern amenities tailored to urban professionals.
The project scope included full interior construction and fit-out, along with comprehensive MEP works covering electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection, and communication/network systems. Extensive technical coordination, quality control, and detailed execution were essential to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines.
Delivered to premium standards, the project reflects the refined positioning of The Collective and provides a high-performance, ready-to-operate workplace experience in one of Bangkok’s most iconic developments.
